In modern age, human society is running on a high pace as compared to previous ages. Every individual life is copping up with various competitions into several fields of life. On one hand, everybody is racing into the field of finance and, he is also running for a prosperous social life on the other hand. In these circumstances, a many toxic and negative energies and emotions start encamping into our unconscious due to some unaddressed desires and disliking events. That toxic and negative energies generate anxiety and stress into our mind. There are kinds of people, some of them believe in science so they use scientific methods for handling anxiety and stress. On the other hand, some believe in spiritualism so they follow the tricks told by Mystics and  Spiritualists. Both methods are good and they generate results equally; only one has to choose wisely which methodology suits him in a better way. A Yogi suggests yoga for resolving stress and anxiety; a spiritualist refers a few practices about inhaling and exhaling breaths. Both yoga and breathing strategies are needed some coaching and training which is a difficult task for every modern busy man and woman. In this article, “I’m going to tell you a few simple steps and practices which everybody can perform easily, anywhere and anytime of the day or night. I am going to numbering these practices for your convenience.

Number One

                                                  Blinking eyes

It is scientifically proved that our attention and focus deeply rooted into our eyes. More we are busy in working anything, more our focus becomes congested and narrow. That is why we feel stress into our eyes and temple and its surrounding area after a long busy hour. There are hundreds of thousands of veins into our eyes which are directly attached with our mind so when we are doing any mental work, there must be a pressure over eyeballs and it's surrounding areas. When we feel tired and overworked, we can observe that our eyeballs are more strict, idle and focused due to that stretch, there is generated a pain and a stress all over the head, temple and eyes. This is a symptom that one is under the pressure of stress and anxiety. To resolve this, the strategy is simple; sit straight anywhere alone even in your office, bedroom or even in your washroom and start looking straight for awhile and then slowly blink your eyes even if you are not feeling for blinking your eyes. Patiently and politely increase the speed of blinking and, meanwhile keep changing your focus from the straight to left and right. Practice this strategy for two to three minutes and you will vividly feel that the stress was released.

Number TWO

RUB YOUR PALMS AGAINST EACH OTHER

This one purely belongs to spiritualists. There is a world famous spiritualist and Yogi and much more named Osho. He suggests this way or you may say this technique and I personally practiced this technique and I assure you the benefits and good results of this practice when your mind is full of rubbish ideas and it is out of its focus which means your mind is at the stage of exhausting. This is the moment when mind is under the influence of negative energies and toxic thoughts and there is a unnecessary speed of transmission ideas into your neurons and, this situation is just like a motor which generates stress and anxiety or their ingredients which are saved into the body and it results restlessness and anger lately. To avoid and to resolve this unhealthy state of mind, I suggest you the technique according to which you simply sit straight or bent no matter, but you should try a place where you are alone. After posing your body, you simply need to adjust your both hands with each other in a way that you palms are equally attached against each other. Now very slowly you start rubbing your palms against each other and patiently you increase your speed but try not to do it hard. Just gently keep rubbing both palms against each other and do not press any of them against the other. This simple exercise for three to four minutes or less will generate or it is better to say will open a door for passing that negative and toxic energy out of your body and, after three to four minutes you visibly feel that you are now feeling better.

Number Three

                                     Scratching your eyes softly

This technique is one of the most easiest techniques for raising the impact of anxiety and stress. As we know eyes have a great function with the dilemma of anxiety and stress. Having a control over one’s eyes results a higher chances of resistance against toxic emotions and energy. Above-mentioned techniques require a separate and lonely place for providing best results but this one is easier because you don’t need to find a separate room but rather you can perform this practice even if you  sit among the people. What should you do? “You simply need to fold  first fingers of your both hands and then theirs upper folded hock put on the upper skin of your eyeballs”. Now, you politely move your fingers in a circle. Take a pause after every 10 seconds or as per your requirement, you will feel better in three to four sessions of this exercise. This will not only relax the muscles of your eyes but it also broaden and relax your focus. Actually, the basic ingredient, of all scientific And spiritualist techniques for removing stress, is to remind the mind to live within the moment or be present.

Number Four

                                             Making a soft fist

Close your palm and make it a soft fist. Slowly move the joint of your hand and arm, meanwhile, keep opening and closing your fist gently. This will make your focus into your hands through arms. This will strengthens your arms and the process of generating stress will slow down or even shut down. This is very easy practice and you can perform it even into a crowd without anyone’s notice after a little practice of course. This technique will help you in your routine daily life as well as it’s constant practice not only help removing stress but it will also strengthen your arms.

Number Five

                                       Flow of Breathing

All four practices are relating to physical effort so these can be called physical exercises. There is also a splendid technique relating the flow of breathing. That is also easy and effective. No matter where you are sitting or standing, you simply think of your nose for a friction of second and quickly you stop breathing a start a new breath through the nose you just think of. Now, without paying a lot attention, you watch the breath through nose to inside, and, in the same manner, you watch it coming out through your lips. Take a pause, and practice it twice. Within a few turns, you will feel you are having a new flow of positive energy and now you feel better positively.
