HOW TO UTILIZE YOUR EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE

1. Practice self-awareness

The first step in developing emotional intelligence is to become more self-aware. This involves taking the time to understand your own emotions, reactions, and triggers. Start by reflecting on your thoughts and feelings throughout the day, and consider keeping a journal to track your emotions and any patterns you notice. 2. Practice empathy

To develop resilience, try to focus on the positive aspects of a situation, seek for avoiding attitude towards hardship instead of involving your anger into a situation. Always keep in mind that life "goes on" and obstacles are just a part of the path. Think of driving a car, and you find a speed breaker on your path; what do you do in that situation? Do you just down the speed and go through the speed breaker, or you switch the engine off and start cursing the speed breaker. In the same way, just go through the hardships in situations and relations, with a smile and you will grow resilience into your character with the passage of time.
